Helping people with disability live the life they choose
We started InLife because too many NDIS participants were getting one-size-fits-all support from providers who did not look like them, speak their language, or take the time to listen. That was not good enough.
So we built something different. Whether you are managing your own plan, looking for support for a family member, or a coordinator searching for a provider you can trust, we make it straightforward. Your goals are our starting point. Everything we do moves you closer to them.

Umar built InLife from the ground up because he saw too many families getting cookie-cutter support from providers who did not reflect their community. His hands-on leadership style means he stays close to the people InLife serves.
Samana Gulzari
Managing Director
Samana brings years of experience in disability services and a sharp eye for quality. She drives InLife's operations, culture, and growth, making sure every participant gets the standard of care she would expect for her own family.
Reza Naderi
Operations Manager
Reza keeps everything running. From rostering and compliance to worker support and scheduling, he makes sure the day-to-day works so participants never get left waiting.
